I would like to thank each of you in Raleigh and Summers County for the support you gave me in the 2006
Primary election. I could not have won the Democratic nomination for House of Delegates in the 27th District without you.
The trust and confidence you placed in me will not be taken lightly and I assure you I plan to work hard for
the citizens of Raleigh and Summers County.
I look forward to working with you in the upcoming weeks and months leading up to the November 7, 2006 General
Election.

During my nine years working with West Virginia legislators and monitoring legislation, it has become very apparent
that West Virginia is in dire need of someone to step forward and lead West Virginia into the twenty-first century.
West Virginia citizens cannot afford to continue to pay high taxes, endure high unemployment rates and
allow its citizens to leave West Virginia in order to provide for their families.
The State of West Virginia needs and deserves strong legislators who will work for the citizenry and
ensure West Virginia continues to be a state we can all be proud to call home.
My life experiences
and education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, education, rehabilitation and disability legislative advocacy/lobbying,
have provided me the background and leadership skills that will enable me to be your effective leader.
